Report it from the listing's own page — the flag link under the product. Reports go straight to the moderation queue with the listing attached, which is quicker than describing it in an email.

Your own listing

Editing, renewing, resubmitting after a rejection and buying a placement all live in your dashboard. A rejection always names its reason there.

Copyright and takedowns

Use the DMCA and takedown route, which asks for the things a valid notice needs.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, and your receipt comes from them. Email us about anything that looks wrong and we will trace it.

Your personal data

You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account outright, from your settings — no request needed. The privacy policy explains what is kept and why.
