By using LaunchLens you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Listings

You may list products you own or are authorised to represent, and what you submit must be accurate. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it is published, and edits to a published listing are reviewed before they go live. We may reject, edit, unpublish or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, malicious, spam or otherwise breaks these terms, and we may close accounts that do so repeatedly.

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, display, reformat and distribute it — including in search results, feeds, the weekly newsletter and social previews — for as long as the listing is live, and afterwards as far as needed for our records.

A free listing is published for a limited period, currently a year. Afterwards it stops appearing in the feed, the weekly board, search and category pages, but its own page stays online, and you can renew it free of charge.

Paid services

We sell plans that add to a listing, and spotlight placements, which show a listing on the site for one to four launch weeks. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page at the time you buy. Payments are taken by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, whose terms apply to the payment itself. A plan speeds up review and adds features; it does not guarantee approval and does not buy a better position in search or in the feed. A spotlight that cannot be shown is refunded in full. If we refund a plan, the features it added are withdrawn, but what you wrote is kept.

The SEO Engine plan includes an article about your product, written by AI and published on this site. It says so on its face. We may withdraw an article that is inaccurate or breaks these terms.

Links

Links to listed products are marked rel="sponsored" (and nofollow on free listings) in line with search engine guidelines. A listing that displays our badge on its own site earns a followed link while the badge stays there. Some outbound links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission; those are always marked as sponsored. We do not control listed websites and are not responsible for them.

Comments and conduct

Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive or spammy, and do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or get around its limits. Moderators may hide comments. You are responsible for what you post.

Accounts

Keep your credentials safe and tell us if you think someone else has them. An account can be signed in on one device at a time. You can delete your account whenever you like, from Account settings.

No warranty, and limits on liability

LaunchLens is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that any listing is accurate or suitable for you; check a product before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will say so on the site or by email; using the site after a change means you accept it.
